Accuware Privacy Policy

Members who sign up for the free account are not required to enter a credit card. Label Connector from Accuware Incorporated uses collected information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, and research.

Although Label Connector from Accuware Incorporated owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Label Connector from Accuware application, you retain all rights to your data. The current version of Label Connector from Accuware Incorporated stores no data in our Application, but we do pass QuickBooks related data to a printer to facilitate Label printing.

Label Connector from Accuware Incorporated may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.

Label Connector from Accuware Incorporated may periodically update this policy. Cancellations & Refunds

Label Connector is a month-to-month, pay-as-you-go service so we don't provide refunds. You are billed monthly for the service. You can cancel the service at any time and you won't be charged again, but you are responsible for any charges already incurred. Further information about cancellations and refunds can be found in the Terms of Service.
